Streamline Your Day with Task Management in ZFour HRMS Mobile App
Whether you're organizing your workday or managing ongoing projects, the ZFour HRMS mobile application makes task management a breeze. Here’s a handy blog guide to creating, tracking, and completing to-do items in the app.
Step 1: Find the To-Do List on Home Screen
After logging into the ZFour HRMS mobile app, scroll down on the Home Screen. You’ll see the To-Do List card—your central hub for all tasks.
Step 2: View or Create To-Do Items
If you’ve already added tasks, they’ll be visible right here.
If you haven’t created any to-dos yet, look for the Create button at the top right-hand corner of the To-Do List card.
Tap “Create” to open a simple form.
Step 3: Add New Task
Fill out the form by entering a heading (task title) and the body (task details or description). Once done, hit the “Create” button—the task will be added to your list instantly.
Step 4: Complete Tasks
When you've finished a task, just check the box next to it. This marks your to-do as complete, helping you stay organized and productive.
Step 5: See More, Track All Tasks
In the To-Do List card, tap Show More to view all current and previous tasks.
You can browse tasks based on days, review past entries, and check which tasks remain pending.
Step 6: Assign Tasks for Today
If a task is incomplete or marked as pending, assign it for today right from the card, making sure nothing gets missed.
